The contact form on suontechnologies.com does not send email from the website. Submit opens WhatsApp so you can send the message yourself. That behaviour is stated on the contact page and in the FAQ. This note explains what to type so the reply matches the product you actually want, and what to do if WhatsApp is not how you want to talk.
What the button does
You enter a name, pick a topic, and write a short message up to the field limit. The name and the message are required. If either is empty, the page asks you to fill them and does not continue. If both are present, the form builds a line that starts “Hello Suon Technologies, I am …”, adds the topic, and adds your message. That line is what WhatsApp opens with, addressed to +91 70209 55235. You still press send inside WhatsApp. Until you do, Suon has not received the text. There is no hidden email copy created by the form.
Because the message is a WhatsApp chat, treat it like any chat you would send to a business. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or a client’s private data. The privacy policy describes enquiry records we receive by email, phone, or WhatsApp. This guide does not change that policy.
Pick one topic
The topic list is software enquiry, training enquiry, internship enquiry, project enquiry, AI solution enquiry, AI video creation, digital marketing or digital solutions, job assistance, and website package. The contact page says digital marketing here means websites, content, and AI video. Suon does not list a separate ads-agency package. Choosing “website package” is for the ₹9,999, ₹14,999, or ₹24,999 public sites. Choosing “software enquiry” is for desktop, Android, iOS, web apps, and ERP-style systems. Choosing “project enquiry” covers both an academic kit and a business build, so your message must say which. Choosing “job assistance” is only useful after you have work to show. Choosing “AI video creation” is not the same as the generative AI course.
If two topics truly apply, send the one that is the purchase and mention the second in the message. A student who wants training first should not open with job assistance. A shop that needs quotations on a phone should not open with the starter website unless they also need a public page.
What to include so the reply can be specific
For a website, include the visitor’s job, a rough page list, and anything you must not claim. The scoping guide is the longer version of that list. For software, include the sentence “the user must be able to …” and whether the user is the public or your staff. For training, name one tab from the training page and the artefact you want. For an internship, include college or current status, preferred domain, and something you have already built. For an academic project, say it is for a viva or final year so it is not mistaken for a client build. For AI, name the channel, the language, and who approves the output. For job assistance, say which track you finished and what you can demo.
You do not need a street address for Suon in that message. The published location is Pune, Maharashtra, India. A street address is not on this website. You do need your own callback detail if it is not already your WhatsApp number.
If you do not want WhatsApp
Write to info@suontechnologies.com or call +91 70209 55235. Instagram is listed for following delivery updates, not as the place to send a scope. The same topic rules apply in email. Put the topic in the subject line so it is not a blank “enquiry.”
What a reply can and cannot promise
A reply can confirm which page matches your job, ask for the missing fact, and later send a quotation or invoice in writing. It cannot promise a search ranking, a job, a stipend, or a result number we do not publish. Website fees on the pricing page can change until a booking is confirmed. Training duration and fees are confirmed at enrolment, not in this guide. Support windows (30, 60, or 90 days) apply to the website packages after handover, not to every topic in the dropdown.
After you press send
WhatsApp will show the draft. Read it once. Check that the topic matches the product, that you did not paste a password, and that the page list or the “user must be able to” sentence is actually in the text. Then send. If you close WhatsApp without sending, start again from the form. Suon cannot see abandoned drafts. A reply, when it comes, will come on that chat, by phone, or by email if you also wrote to info@suontechnologies.com. Office hours are not printed on this site, so do not assume an instant answer. Pune is the published base. The person replying is using the same service boundaries as these pages: no invented metrics, no guaranteed job, no package price stretched over custom software.
If the chat goes quiet, send one follow-up with the same topic rather than a new story. If you need to change product — for example you discovered you need an app, not a three-page site — say that in the next message and point at the guide you read. That keeps the thread one enquiry instead of two conflicting quotes.
If you have not chosen a product, read the guide index first and then come back with one topic. A clearer first message is faster than a long one that asks for every service at once.
