Job assistance at Suon Technologies is coaching for a search you still have to do. Employers decide whom to hire. This note walks through the items on the job assistance page so a learner does not arrive expecting an offer letter. The page already says we do not sell “100% placement” and we do not publish fake offer letters. Nothing below softens that sentence.
When you are early enough to start
Eligibility typically follows training or an internship, when you have an artefact to discuss. If you cannot yet show a screen, a test suite, a dashboard, or a repo you can explain, start with training. Assistance aimed at an empty portfolio becomes keyword stuffing, and the placements page says keyword stuffing and false experience are not part of the service. Ask on Contact which track you should start with if you are unsure. The form opens WhatsApp. It does not email the site.
Resume and public profiles
Resume work rewrites what you personally built: project name, stack, and your part. The stack examples already used on the placements page include React, Node, testing tools, and SQL, when those are what you trained. LinkedIn and Naukri guidance keeps the headline, skills, and project bullets consistent with that resume. Suon does not operate those platforms and cannot boost a ranking there. GitHub guidance asks for a readable repository: a README, what runs, and what you did. Confidential client code stays off public GitHub. That rule is the same one internships use.
Interviews and the two-minute walkthrough
Technical mocks focus on explaining your project, your stack, and basic problem-solving. HR mocks cover education, availability, and honest salary expectations. You leave with written feedback about what to practise next. You also practise a two-minute project walkthrough out loud. If you cannot say what the screen does without reading a script you did not write, the mock has done its job by showing that. Feedback after a real interview is a debrief. It is not a promise of the next call.
Applications and introductions
Application help targets roles that match the track you actually trained in: full stack, testing, data, or mobile. The point is a rhythm of relevant applications, not a blast to every title on a portal. Career planning means choosing a next role you have practised. When a hiring partner has an opening that fits, Suon may share profiles of candidates who are ready. That is an introduction. It is not an offer, and it is not available for every learner in every batch. No partner name, salary, or hiring count is published on this site, so this guide will not invent one.
What completion does not transfer
A training project, an internship completion letter, and a finished mock are three different documents. The letter means agreed internship deliverables were met. It does not mean an employer has a seat. Job assistance does not convert the letter into a guarantee. Terms on this website say training, internships, and job assistance improve readiness and do not guarantee a job, stipend, or interview. If someone quotes a guaranteed offer in Suon’s name, that quote is not this service.
What a coaching sequence looks like once you are eligible
There is no published 9-to-5 for job assistance, just as there is no fake office timetable for internships. A practical sequence is still easy to recognise. First the resume and the GitHub README are rewritten around one or two artefacts you can defend. Next the LinkedIn and Naukri text is brought into line with that resume so a recruiter does not see three different stories. Then you do a technical mock and an HR mock and you keep the written feedback. After that you run an application rhythm against roles in your actual track and you debrief what happened. Introductions, if a partner opening fits a ready profile, sit at the end of that sequence. They are not the opening offer.
Bring the artefact to the first conversation. A repository that does not run, a resume that lists tools you cannot explain, or a request to hide a gap with a false client name will be sent back. The placements page already frames feedback as what to practise next, which only works if the underlying work is real. Suon will not operate your Naukri account, will not guarantee a reply from an employer, and will not publish your offer on this website even if you later receive one. Your hiring news stays yours.
Payment for this coaching, like training fees, follows the invoice described in the terms. This guide does not print a fee, because none is published on the placements page. Ask for the current figure in writing before you start. Do not treat a website-package price as the price of job assistance.
How to ask without blurring the products
Say which stage you have finished. “I can demo a MERN project from training” is a different brief from “I have not written HTML yet.” Say the role family you want, using the tracks above, not a job title you have never practised. Say the city or remote constraint you actually have. Do not ask us to invent experience. If you want the week-by-week picture of tickets before you are ready for this coaching, read what an internship includes. If you are choosing the first syllabus, read how to choose a training track.
