A published price is only useful if you and Suon mean the same pages. This note is the checklist we use in Pune before we point you at a starter site, a business-growth site, or a premium store. It does not change the fees on the pricing page. It explains how those fees get chosen, and when the honest answer is a custom quote instead.
Start from the job, not the package name
The first question is what a visitor must be able to finish. On a brochure site that job is usually “understand the firm and send an enquiry.” On a shop it is “see a product and start checkout.” On an internal tool it is “raise a quotation, record a payment, or approve a task.” The software page uses that same test for desktop, Android, iOS, and web applications. If the job is an internal workflow, stop reading package prices. Those three numbers are for public marketing and e-commerce websites only.
Indrayani Fire Services and Meraki Trades are the public examples of the brochure kind of job. Both are written up on Projects. The gallery recordings show how those pages scroll. They are not a promise that your site will use the same colours, the same page count, or the same photography.
What we ask before naming a package
Bring answers, even rough ones. Who is the site for: local customers, distributors, students, or a hiring manager? What must appear on the first screen? Which facts are you allowed to publish, and which claims must stay off the page because you cannot document them? Do you already own a domain, and who will pay the registrar after the first year included in the package? Where will people contact you: a form, a map, WhatsApp, a phone number, or all of those?
We also ask for the words. Suon can lay out a page. Suon should not invent certifications, patient counts, export figures, or awards. If a sentence cannot be sourced from you, it does not go on the site. That rule is why the case studies refuse traffic and revenue numbers even when a client homepage prints a slogan.
How “up to 3 pages” and “up to 5 pages” are counted
The starter package is ₹9,999, up to 3 pages, with a mobile-responsive layout, domain and hosting for one year, SSL, a contact form, maps, and 30 days of support. Delivery is stated as 4–6 business days. Three pages usually means a home page plus two others, often services and contact. A legal privacy page, if you need one, has to fit inside that count or move you to a larger scope. Extra landing pages for every festival are not included.
The business-growth package is ₹14,999, up to 5 pages, with speed and on-page SEO, domain, hosting, SSL, a blog, WhatsApp chat, and 60 days of support. Delivery is stated as 7–10 business days. Five pages can hold home, about, a split of services, a simple resources or blog entry point, and contact. On-page SEO means titles, headings, and links a search engine can read. It is not a ranking guarantee and it is not a weekly writing service after handover. The blog is part of the build. Filling it later is a separate decision.
The premium package is ₹24,999 for a store of up to 100 products, payments and shipping setup, coupons, customer login, product pages prepared for search, and 90 days of support. Delivery is stated as 15–20 business days. You still need a payment-provider account in your name, shipping arrangements, and product facts. Photography and a catalogue above 100 products are outside this fee. A mobile app is outside this fee. The Devidas Events work is an Ionic quotation app, which is why it is not priced from this card.
What stays on a custom quote
Desktop software for a shop that bills all day on a PC, an Android or iOS app, an ERP-style portal, and AI features inside a product are scoped on the software and AI pages. They follow requirement, planning, UI/UX, development, testing, deployment, and a support window. There is no public fee because the screen count is unknown until the brief exists. Store accounts stay with you unless a contract says otherwise.
AI video is also separate. A reel, a voiceover, or a presenter clip is briefed on the AI page, not by picking the ₹9,999 card. Training, internships, academic project guidance, and job assistance are learner products. They are not bundled because you bought a website.
Handover, support days, and payment writing
Handover means you can open the agreed pages, the contact or checkout path works as scoped, and you know where the site is hosted. Support days start then: 30, 60, or 90 depending on the package. They cover fixes to what was agreed. They do not cover a new product line or a redesign. After the window, further work is a new quote.
A confirmed booking is email, a quotation, or an invoice, as the terms describe. Until that writing exists, the public fees can change. Refunds, if any, are only what that booking says. This guide does not add a refund rule.
A practical order for the first message
Write five lines: the business in one sentence, the visitor’s job on the site, the page list you think you need, anything you must not claim, and whether you need a shop. Send that as a website-package topic from Contact. The form opens WhatsApp with your text. It does not email the server. You can also write to info@suontechnologies.com or call +91 70209 55235.
If you are still unsure whether you need a site at all, read the note on desktop or mobile tools. If you are a learner rather than a business, this checklist is the wrong product. Start with choosing a training track or the internship guide.
