1. Agreement

By browsing suontechnologies.com or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer. If you disagree, do not use the site or engage our services.

2. Services

We provide custom software, AI solutions and AI video, website packages, industry-based training, internships, project guidance, and job assistance. Scope, fees, and timelines are confirmed in writing (email, quotation, or invoice) before work starts. Published website package prices may change without notice until you receive a confirmed booking.

3. No guaranteed employment

Training, internships, and job assistance improve readiness. They do not guarantee a job, stipend, or interview. Internship letters are issued only when agreed deliverables are met.

4. Intellectual property

Unless a client contract says otherwise, we retain IP in our templates, training materials, and pre-existing code. Client-specific deliverables transfer as stated in the project agreement. You may not copy training content for resale.

5. Website content and videos

Portfolio videos and case descriptions are illustrative. Features may differ from current client systems. Videos are provided muted; attempting to extract or redistribute media without permission is prohibited.

6. Payments and refunds

Training and project fees follow the payment schedule on your invoice. Website package refunds, if any, are only as written in your booking confirmation. Chargebacks for delivered work may be disputed.

7. Advertising

Pages may display Google AdSense advertisements. Ads are selected by Google and advertisers. Do not click ads except as a genuine visitor. Trying to generate artificial ad clicks is prohibited.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at abusive volume, or submit unlawful content through forms or WhatsApp.

9. Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect losses. For paid work, liability is limited to fees paid for that engagement unless a signed contract states otherwise.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
