What to send in an AI or video brief

By Suon Technologies · Published 5 October 2026 · Last updated 5 October 2026

Suon Technologies will build an AI feature or an AI video when the job is repetitive text, retrieval, or a film of an offer you already understand. The AI page says we do not claim AI can solve every business problem. This note is the brief we can actually estimate. It is not a prompt cookbook copied from a model vendor, and it is not the generative-AI lab on the training page.

Say the job in one sentence

Useful jobs already listed include drafting a reply a person still approves, tagging a message, filling a field from a form, answering FAQs on web or WhatsApp with a hand-off, asking budget, location, and need before a human calls, summarising or extracting from invoices and catalogues, searching a knowledge base, or producing a promotional clip. If your sentence is “make the company use AI,” there is no job yet. The AI page is explicit: if the problem is that you have no process, a model will not invent the process. Fix the workflow, then add AI where typing is the bottleneck.

When to stop and buy something simpler

Do not brief AI for a three-page brochure, a simple contact form, or a report a spreadsheet already produces correctly. Those belong on the website packages or, for a real operations tool, on a software quote. Legal, medical, and financial decisions still need a qualified human. We will say no when a form, a filter, or a dashboard is the honest fix. A hospital website in the gallery is a website. It is not an AI diagnostic product, and Suon does not describe it as one.

What an implementation brief contains

The published process is brief, design, then build and review. In the brief, name the channel (web, WhatsApp, or inside an app), the language, and what a human must still approve. In design, name the data you are allowed to use and what happens on failure: a hand-off, not a confident wrong answer. Build connects that design and tests it with real examples you supply. You sign off before it is public. AI inside a portal or a phone app uses that product’s data only with permission. It is a button or a helper next to a record, not a separate chatbot nobody opens.

Content drafts — captions, scripts, product blurbs — start from your facts. You edit before publishing. Suon should not invent certifications or results any more than a website project should.

What a video brief contains

Video on the AI page is production without a film crew: script, visuals, voice, and edit. Types named there are promotional films, business and product videos, shop and offer ads, Instagram Reels and other vertical clips, voiceovers, presenter-style clips, explainers, longer narrative pieces, and more than one language when you specify it. The delivery steps are: you share the business, the offer, the language, the length, and where you will publish; Suon produces with AI; you receive files for Reels, ads, your website, or WhatsApp, then refinements if needed.

Send the offer in your own words, the audience (a shop, a clinic, a class, a local service), the language, the approximate length, and one example of a clip you think is the right tone. Do not send only a logo and the word “cinematic” unless you also accept a longer narrative piece and say so. Do not ask the video to show a product you have not described. Multiple languages are available when you name them, not as a guess.

The businesses the AI page lists as a fit for this kind of content include shops, hospitals and clinics, restaurants, coaching classes, real estate, startups, hotels, salons, clothing stores, agencies, and other firms that need a clear story on screen. That list is who can ask. It is not a claim that Suon has published a case study for each of them.

Keep the course and the production brief apart

Generative AI labs on the training AI tab are for a learner who wants a neural-net introduction and simple LLM apps. Enrolling there does not book a reel. Ordering a reel does not enrol you in the lab. If you are a student, use the training-track guide. If you are a business, send either “AI solution enquiry” or “AI video creation” from Contact, not both, unless you truly need both. Say which human will approve the output. If nobody will, the brief is not ready.

A complete first message

You can copy this shape and replace the brackets. “We are a [kind of business] in [city]. The repetitive job is [answers / documents / a reel]. The channel is [WhatsApp / our site / an app you would also build]. Language: [language]. A human named [role, not a private phone dump] will approve before anything is public. Please say if this should be a form instead.” That is enough for Suon to accept or refuse the brief. Attach facts you are allowed to publish. Do not attach customer lists. If the piece is a video, add length and the network where it will be posted. If the piece is inside software, say whether the software already exists. Pairing AI with a new portal is two scopes, and the software page should be read as well.

Website walkthroughs on Our Work are screen recordings of sites, not samples of AI video style. Do not point at Indrayani or Meraki as the look of a presenter clip. Point at the video types above and your own offer.
